2. Data we collect
When you submit a booking or enquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if given), pickup and drop-off details, and travel date and time. We do not collect payment card data through this website.
We also collect standard technical data through our website (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) for operational and security purposes.
3. How we use your data
We use the personal data you provide to process your booking request, send a quote, confirm your transfer, and communicate with you about your journey. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing your booking data is necessary to perform a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where we send you service updates and follow-up communications, our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we use cookies beyond strictly necessary, we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Data retention
We retain booking data for up to 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at concierge@limomilano.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) at garanteprivacy.it.
